8-Week Fixed Group Supervision | Feb 2 Start | Mondays 2-4 EST
8-Week Fixed Group Supervision Series Here you will find a small, intentional supervision group designed for therapists who want depth, consistency, and a space to grow through the lens of relational, psychodynamic, neurodivergent-affirming, and queer-affirming practice.
Participants receive 16 hours of CRPO-eligible group supervision and an attestation form if needed. We’ll meet over 8 consecutive Mondays beginning February 2nd from 2-4PM (Eastern time)
This group is not exclusive to neurodivergent or queer clinicians, but the culture, pacing, and lens will be heavily informed by those communities.
If you thrive in slower, relational, collaborative learning spaces, you’ll fit right in.
Format & Flow
This is a closed group. This means you’re with the same cohort for the entire 8 weeks in order to support safety, depth, and relational continuity. (if you’re looking for more loose and casual drop-in style support, where you may meet new peers each time and still get the support you’re looking for, check those out here!)
Each session includes a mix of:
A collaborative case circle with zero performance, just real clinical curiosity. We’ll slow it down, follow the thread of what’s alive, and explore the relational, neurodivergent, and here-and-now pieces that don’t usually get airtime in traditional supervision. Think collaborative meaning-making, co-regulating insight, and the kind of support that helps you feel more you in the therapy room.
Themes and areas of opportunity across your caseload A gentle place to share what’s feeling heavy or confusing and make sense of it with supportive brains in the room. You may be pleasantly surprised to learn that other therapists are experiencing similar themes when we start to unload what’s commonly showing up.
Topic-based explorations chosen collaboratively during the first session
We’ll dive into the therapeutic questions and curiosities guided by your collective interests. The group will name these in our first session and they may be around things such as modalities, dilemmas, identities, patterns, and everything in between.
Here-and-now relational processing, Using the present moment as our teacher: countertransference, patterns, nervous system cues, and relational shifts.
*** You can also expect the space to be not only affirming of neurodivergence, but supportive of it. Regardless of your neuro-type, there will never be enforced rules or rigid expectations (but don’t worry, there’s enough of a frame to satisfy those of us who need a plan). Permission is widely/wildly granted to get up and pace while you listen, to turn your camera off or on, to share in chat or on mic, to show up with any forms of comfort you need.
Between-Session Support
Sessions take place online via Zoom. Participants are invited (totally optional) to join a secure group chat*** for check-ins and micro-support from me (and the collective brilliance of your peers) throughout the 8 weeks… and beyond! Past participants found this incredibly grounding and connecting.
Group Size
To remain CRPO-compliant and relationally spacious, the group is capped at 8 participants.
Three-Tier Model Pricing
I know therapists have wildly different access needs and financial realities.
The three-tier model will reflect that. You can select the rate that feels most accessible and true for your current circumstances.
Select your rate from $660 total to $750 total by choosing the accompanying deposit to hold your spot. Enrollment is first come, first served.
My Approach
Expect a supervision space where what arises between us becomes part of the learning: gently, collaboratively, and without shame. We’ll explore the ways your nervous system, history, identity, and countertransference shape your clinical presence, and how you can use those signals to deepen your work with clients. While all modalities are welcome, my work is an eclectic blend of relational psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems, expressive arts, attachment, and trauma-informed practice, grounded in somatic and nervous system–aware approaches. I work experientially and in the here-and-now, with a strong commitment to neurodivergent-affirming, queer- and trans-affirming, and anti-oppressive care.
