Clinical Supervision
Supervision doesn’t have to feel like a performance review.
With JL, it’s a collaborative, non-hierarchical space where you can bring the messy bits, the big questions, and the quiet doubts — all while being met with curiosity, compassion, and clarity.
They work with therapists, interns, and RP(Q)s who are navigating the real-world complexities of therapeutic work: the stuff they didn’t cover in grad school, the moments where theory meets lived experience, and the places where your identity and values show up in the room.
JL's supervision style is warm, direct, and grounded in anti-oppressive, neurodivergent-affirming, and trauma-informed frameworks. They believe in supporting you as a whole person, not just a clinician — because your nervous system, your identity, your growth edges? They matter here.
Whether you're seeking support around clinical skill-building, ethical decision-making, countertransference, identity in the work, or building a sustainable practice that actually works for your brain and body — this is a space where you can bring all of it.
We might be a good fit if you're:
- Neurodivergent, or working with ND clients and want to do that work more intentionally
- Interested in relational, creative, and attachment-based therapy
- Committed to showing up with nuance, integrity, and heart (even when it’s hard)
- Craving supervision that supports you, not just your case notes
- Value celebrating wins (supervision isn't just for the sticky bits!)
Individual & Group Supervision Available
We have options for one-on-one supervision, dyadic supervision, and a drop-in group format — perfect if you thrive in community but need flexibility.
Group size is small (max 4 people), sessions are two hours, and yes — I sign CRPO attestation forms.
Let’s build the kind of therapeutic work that actually sustains you.
Fees
- One-on-one supervision: $170 (50 minutes)
- Dyadic supervision: $100 each (60 minutes)
- Group supervision: Works out to $50/hour

Want to stay in the loop about future offerings like fixed groups, drop-ins, or workshops?
* Fixed groups are term-specific and closed to a committed group of supervisees for the duration. These groups are paid in two parts: a deposit and a final installment.
** Drop-in groups are paid per visit by securing one of a limited number of spots in advance. Due to the unpredictability of attendance, the fee is slightly higher — but sometimes, that means more dedicated time for your cases.
Regardless of format, group size will never exceed 8 participants to ensure hours qualify for CRPO supervision requirements.
