I've been dreaming of a special little virtual corner where neurodivergent friendships form and special interest dumping is never 'too much'. A place where folks feel held, and seen, and most importantly under no obligation to perform or transform. 

A private online community for the beautifully wired, the deep thinkers, the feel-everything people, and the folks who crave connection on their own terms.

The Tender Spot lives on Discord and is home to a constellation of rooms. It includes quiet corners and cozy chats for every flavour of neurodivergent life. It’s where you can land after a long day and be met with people who get it without needing a whole preamble. 

Inside, you’ll find:

- Channels for every mood, interest, and wobble
- Locked spaces for therapists to unwind together
- A community calendar filled with talks, workshops, and scheduled hangs
- Dedicated body-doubling rooms (text, audio, and video)
- A board-game corner + a soon-to-launch board-game therapy group
- Private spaces for Fried, Flat, Feral cohorts to connect between sessions

The Tender Spot is an invite-only community for neurodivergent folks who’ve crossed paths with my work at JLS Therapy. Whether through groups, collaborations, shared projects, supervision spaces, or the wider web of relationships we build around care.

It’s a place to be seen without having to explain yourself. A place for easing loneliness, sparking joy, swapping theory, and dropping into the conversations that are too big, too nerdy, too tender, or too “both/and” for anywhere else.
