Group Therapy for the New-ish Therapist - Deposit

As a new-ish therapist, you may find yourself navigating the complexities of building your professional identity while striving to offer the best support to your clients. The transition from training to practice can come with unique challenges—finding your therapeutic voice, managing imposter syndrome, or balancing self-care with your professional responsibilities. Group therapy with others in your shoes is not only more resource friendly on the bank account, but offers a place to land where others truly get you.

Whether it’s your first month seeing clients, your third year, or you’re a student anticipating the upcoming switch to being the person playing the supportive role, we anticipate student therapists, interns, and folks with RP (Qualifying) as designations to be the most interested. 

It’s helpful to understand that this is not supervision* and neither is it exclusive to the pain points of emerging in a new field. This space exists to allow the hardworking, weary parts of you to let in some care and process of your own - no matter the topic.

This is a closed group that meets virtually over 8 Mondays and is limited to 8 participants. Your growth and confidence as a therapist start here.

Deposit - $150 payable by 'adding to cart'. Total of the group is $600. Balance is payable at the second group meeting.
