You can pay via the checkout process here or e-transfer the amount to admin@jlstherapy.com. You will be issued a receipt for the whole amount upon payment via a separate system than this that will reflect group therapy and may be accepted by your insurance policy. If you do not receive the receipt in a timely fashion, please reach out as it's a manual process that requires my executives to function ;)
