What this is

This group is for autistic and other neurodivergent adults (self or formally identified) who are feeling the struggles of making, finding, and/or maintaining friendships as an adult. 

Over 8 weeks, we'll use virtual board games as the lab where we collectively work through our own understanding of communication, connection, rejection, ruptures & repair, and so much more. 

This is a low-pressure space where you don’t need to be anything other than yourself to participate. You get to come as you are ... nervous, curious, masked, unmasked, all of it.

Please select the rate that feels most accessible and true for your current circumstances. Each tier reflects a shared commitment to access and care. All participants receive the same experience and support.

Community Care Rate – $250 deposit ($600 total)
For those with financial security who can support wider access.

Core Rate – $200 deposit ($540 total)
Reflects the actual cost of running the group (time, admin, materials).

Supported Rate – $150 deposit ($480 total)
For those who need a reduced rate — no proof or explanation needed.

Remaining balance will be invoiced closer to the start date. Flexible payment plans are available - just reach out to discuss further.

What’s Included

8 weekly sessions @ 2 hrs each - that’s 16 hours of specialized group therapy

Structured reflection and resources

Optional group chat for light between-session support via Discord

A small, affirming group (6–8 participants max)

Possibly an introduction to board games you weren't already familiar with, a board game resource you may not have known about (or forgot about), and the built in benefit of being among others who are _also_ finding adult friendships hard.

You’ll Need

A quiet(ish) place to join from

A computer with a reliable(ish) internet connection. A larger screen is helpful. Some participants even found it useful to use their laptop AND a tablet at the same time (totally not necessary) Just come prepared with a stable setup that can hold your device for you so your hands are free - no matter what you choose.
